Hi all,
It's has been a long time ago that I needed some help, but now I can't get my brains of it.
I've the following issue concerning the find method. I've got in column K three different value's: Old, New and Total. These three values are displayed in a discontinued order. What I need is a macro that searches for the word "Total". If "total" is found, then the cell above it needs to be "New". If this combination is found, then it must place a formula in column M (the same row of the first match "total").
If you feel challenged, then I've got another issue. The cell that needs to be filled with a formula that calculates the difference in percentage between the two "totals". For example: the difference between 6 and 5.5 is 9.09 and that needs to be placed in column M next to the value 6.
K L M Status Amount Difference Old 200 Total 200 New 220 Total 220 10% Old 2,50 Old 3 Total 5,50 New 3 New 3 Total 6 9.09%
If it's not clear, please feel free to ask. I hope that you can help me with this.
