Filter values other than array values

Hi,

I have been using the below code to filter rest of the line items except the array values. It is working for correctly for that particular field, however I need to implement that code in Column C and my array list is 25 line times. While I try the code its not filtering the correct values properly.

Can anyone please help me on this.
