Comparing 2 columns in a row of columns and identifying differences

Good evening,
I am trying to compare 2 columns in a row of columns and would like a list to be generated on what changes were made. I figure I'd have 2 drop down menus. One is the "from" selection. The other is the "to" selection. I would then like a table to show stating "add X employee" or "remove X employee." Any help would be appreciated. Attached is an example of what I am trying to accomplish.
