Codes to allow or not all users when protecting sheet

All,

I have many sheets that i would like to allow users different access.

So, does anyone have the codes for all the options when protecting a sheet and choosing weather or not to "Allow all users of this workbook to:" (and then all the options are listed...)

I would need these codes as when running macros i need to unprotect the sheet, and i then need to set the criteria again when protecting at end...
