Timeline/Slicer refresh issue

Hi all,

I've provided a sample workbook to show my issue which has been ongoing for a while now however I've not been able to find a quick win and it's driving me mad as I'm sure it should be very straightforward.

In my head I thought I would be able to use a change or click event for the timeline to then refresh all to resolve the issue but I've not had any joy. (That's not to say that wouldn't work but I'm probably doing something wrong)

Basically, I want to use Timelines along with regular slicers however when the timeline value is selected, changed or cleared, the slicers do not refresh to show the new available options.

The Blue figure is what happens, and the Orange figure is what should happen.

I've tried a similar piece of code and it's still not updating the pivot slicers to reflect the available options, the table is always refreshing but it's only when I manually click Refresh that the slicer 'catches up'

I tried your code in my sample workbook but to no avail.

It's really frustrating as I assumed they would have 'connected' with each others selections automatically.

If you resolve this xl then you truly are my hero. It's making my head hurt that A) I can't figure out a workaround or solution and B) I can't get any help

I've updated the file and attached.

I assure you when I'm clicking on the timeline to change the detail the slicers are not changing in line with the remaining results

This really is driving me mad - is there something I've done in settings or turned something off?

The code is in the wrong location, that is all. It must be in the worksheet code module and not in the ThisWorkbook module.
