Need vba to fill format the datevalue in column right till end of value and formula across

Dear Expert

There are two types of report range in which I want fill the format in row start from C19 till end of value in column right as well as second range start at C27 fill the format with remove the Sum of" and keep the date rest.

i want fill format on date cell and fill the formula below row. now its C19:AN19 & C27:BM27
The Date row left get change depends upon report its not standard one so i want code equalize the column values till end of column values start from C19 & C27
