    try this in G14, copy down and across

    =SUMPRODUCT((MasterGY!$G$1:$R$1=DASH_BDB!G$13)*(MasterGY!$F$2:$F$1000=DASH_BDB!$F$12)*(MasterGY!$S$2:$S$1000=DASH_BDB!$F14)*MasterGY!$G$2:$R$1000)
