Vba error while inserting records in access table

When I execute the Insert query in below line of code I get an error.

Below is an error description.
· ‘Could not upload; Currently Locked’

Multi users inserting records due to which the vba code gives error...

Dear members, i need ur assistance.. searched google but did not get a solution...

Actually the problem here is...

IF I am inserting 1000 records.. then there is no problem but in multiple users try to insert records then some records get inserted & then in between one popup comes...
"Could not upload; Currently Locked’"

I am puzzled & stuck in this..& due to this. I am not able to deliver the tool to customer
