    Updating Rows with a Macro

    I have a template that inserts a row of data from a macro when pressed. However, this data will change every 3 months, but I don't want my list to repeat with the same user id copying over and over. Is there a way to update a row of info based on the macro finding the user id and just changing that specific row with the new data on sheet 2?
