Combining 2 Chart macros in a single file to work together

Hello

Please find the attached Excel 2010 macro files inside the winzip attachment (Need to combine 2 macros.zip).

The first file is capable of change the Primary Y axis Scale in chart by macro. The second file is capable of input for the X axis datas and generating chart in Output sheet (But Primary Y axis scale is not altered). In individual files it is working fine and serving the intended purpose. But if we unite in a single file and keep as 2 separate macros then first file macro changing Y axis macro is not working.

In the 3rd file if both macro functions can work by combining 2 macros then it will be great.
