Moving to the date in a row based on earliest date in a column.

OK, so I have Timesheet data listed in between columns A:G which show Employee Name, Project Number, Project Name, Start Date, End Date, Finance Officer and Notes.
Columns H onwards months starting from Apr-08, May 08 etc. (see attached).

We have frozen panes after G.

When we receive a timesheet we filter on the correct person/project but then have to scroll across to the correct month.

Is there a way/VBA code so that after I have filtered on a project Excel can automatically scroll after Column H to match the month of the project start date as listed in Column D and if there is more than one start date in the filtered list it automatically scrolls to the earliest?

(Relevant months for each person are conditioned to turn yellow, which turns white when data is entered)
