Error message about macros - but I have no macros in my file?!

Hi all,

I have built a normal workbook and saved it in binary format.
I am trying to apply a password to the file but keep getting this error message

"The workbook contains Excel 4.0 macros or Excel 5.0 modules. If you would like to password protect or restrict permission to this document, you need to remove these macros"

I have not built in any macros into this file, but I suspect some coding has automatically been added somewhere along the way
I have inspected VBA editor but cannot see any modules or coding.

The only way around this is to save the file as 97-2003 format, but this is making the file size humongous, and not ideal.

Please can someone help me with this!

I have deleted all the Macros now, but the error message is still coming up...

Ok, file attached.

I have removed all the data and any pivot tables but other than that the tabs are in the same place. I tested for the password protection again, and the error is still coming up.

If you manage to resolve the issue, please can you share your steps with me so I can replicate.

It worked! Thanks so much for your help I'll monitor it, but hopefully shouldn't have any more issues
