Macro needed for lookup values

Hi champs,

I have 2 excel file from which one is an extract and another is the output file.

in extract file i have deposit and cash info of an region of all stores

i need a macro to pull data like store number, cah, deposit datewise to output file. I have attached the extract and output file.. pls help
