Spell Arabic Numbers, shows اثنى عشر الف وخمسمائة instead of Arabic

Dear Members,

when i downloaded Attached file from the

after downloading i open the file, this shows as in image 01,
when i click on enable editing, it shows that MACRO HAVE BEEN DISABLED, enable content, image 02
when i click on enable content, it shows image 03,


Kindly Help me in this regard, i want to get Arabic translation of numbers, as daily have to print cheque in Arabic.

Hi i have installed Saudi Arabia and Egypt Language but still when i enable editing it appear like this now...
