Macro running slower and slower

Could you good fellows help me to analyse, why my piece of code is runnig slower and slover each time the button-trigger is pressed (more checkboxes and rows added)? I am strugling with it for a months now... :( Many thanks in advance for any ideas...

I notice you don't turn off Screen Updating. Putting this line at the beginning of your macro (and turning it off at the end) will help a lot:

I'd also try stop all the selecting. Untested, but maybe as shown below:
