Transpose data from X postion to Y position

Hi..Good evening

I have data where it come in transpose in X cordinat and i want the data to be in Y cordinat in order

I have attached samples data with this mail

In excel file there are 2 sheets and one is "Data" and another sheets is "output"

The sheet "Data" need to transpose into like in sheet "Output

i received 10,000 data every time and i do it manually.
