add remove zeros formula to macro

Hi Folks
I have used macro recorder to get me part way to where I want to be, I am now unsure how to proceed.

The macro deletes some columns C,D,G,H,I,J
Cuts column titled Valuated Stock and moves it to be the second column. Inserts a blank column at the end with the same formatting as the table. Centres all text and numbers, and places borders around all cells. Add new location heading to last column.
I understand the macro recorder code may be improved.

The last thing I would like to do is remove the zeros from Valuated Stock. I have managed to find this formula which seems to do the job
=LEFT(E2,LEN(E2)-2)*1
But am uncertain how to proceed/include it in the macro
