Shift staggeredrange to first available last available cells on left

Hi everyone,

I have a worksheet with column M have data in each cell. In range N3:Z500 there is staggered data by row. What I'm trying to do is shifted the cells in range N3:Z500 to the last available empty cell to the right in the same row. So, for example:

M3:M300 = data in each cell
Q3:T3 = has data in each cell. Shift this row of data to N3
S4:V4 = has data in each cell. Shift this row of data to N3
etc. etc

That staggered data is always group in this manner. I just want to have all the cells left of column M shift to the last blank cell to the left.

Any ideas?
