Help in Cumulative Sum

I have a big set of numbers that goes from H5 to H29804.

I want a code that can do a cumulative sum of 11 cells each time. That would be:

=SUM(OFFSET($H$5,(ROWS($H$5:H5)-1)*12,,12,1))
