Deleting unwanted subtotal and blank rows

Hi,
I have this PO report which is generated via EDI (electronic data interchange) to a csv file with subsequent PO's and its data , which I save each day to work on. The file however produces an additional row with a subtotal data as well as an additional black row sometimes to distinguish the PO's. I am trying to remove the whole row which contains the subtotal data and the blank line it produces and also the grand total at the end so that I have a complete table without any blank rows. the subtotal row is always named 'Product subtotal'.
