Select dynamic entries in pivot row fields

I have to select 2 entries in the pivot row range using vba. Once selected, the entries would need to be grouped and renamed. Can you please help me out with the code? enter image description here The entries Attachment 465054which need to be grouped first need to be searched within the row range, and if found, only then need to be grouped. Example of the file is attached.

Can you help me out with the code please?

I already have the code written for creating the pivot. Only need the code for searching and making these changes.
