Formula to summarize from different sheets

Please refer to attached file.
I need to summarize Monthly data for multiple years in sheet called YTD.
In Sheet YTD, i have Items listed in Column A.
I have monthly sheets Jan thru Dec for 3 years (2016,2015, 2014)
In atatched file, i have only shown (Jan-Mar).
In all Monthly sheet the location of Items are at the same as you can see.

I have put row number in column B of YTD.
I need to use this row number and pull the data from all differant year and summarize in YTD sheet.
