I sell prints and have a spread sheet which I feed my sales into which then populates a sheet with a list of each of my prints and the quantity of each I require to print skipping files with quantity 0 obv.

I would like to be able to use this sheet to directly print the required quantity of each file(local file). Ideally I would like to be able to also set the print preferences for each one. All are printed onto user defined size paper (All the same size) and all onto preprinted papers. The only settings which differ are some need to be set to fit to page and some not and some are grayscale and some colour.

Is this possible from excel? I have tried googling but can't come up with anything close to what I'm trying to do.
