Lock Print Area

Is there anyway to lock the print area such that every worksheet must be printed to fit all columns to one page?
It must be locked in such a way that it is impossible for other users to change to other printing options.
Everyone using the file must print to fit all columns to one page.

this may help with disabling print button on toolbar use the vba in this link
