    Dynamic Excel Call Log Tracking

    Overview:
The current worksheet is being used as a tracking tool for a call log center. It is very basic and not very dynamic at this point. Please provide expertise in re-working the sheet to make it a better tool for use by call center employees placing multiple calls and recording data. Any use of VBA macro would be strongly preferred.

I am not trying to remake the wheel. Just some assistance in making it more aesthetically pleasing and condensed. As you can see it is very rudimentary. I do not want to take out any of the data fields but I would like to make it more user friendly in any fashion you see fit.

i believe that having a userform would be fit to gather all information required from the template you have since i noticed that you have such number of columns required.

i can provide you a sample on how it would look like. If I am to do it, I need more information that I can use as a database.

This is great, not sure how to use it and really more than I need at the moment. Just want to make it better looking, more condensed and possibly more user friendly

userforms can be designed to have data entry be more compressed in a single form, you can use list boxes, combo boxes for dropdown options, and formulas can be placed as a function as well.

I am attempting to add 20 coins to anyone who can assist. If it is something I am happy with I will pay another 10 coins.

Re: Dynamic Excel Call Log Tracking

I've done a few things that are timesavers:
    1. I made it into a table so that all rows will be formatted the same.
    2. I added drop down lists for the state, deceased (yes or no), outcomes, priority, and defect call status.
    3. I've formatted the social security field so that one can just type in the numbers and not worry about the dashes.
    4. I've formatted the phone number field so that one can just type in the numbers and not worry about the parentheses and dash.
    5. I made it so that pressing enter will move the cursor to the right rather than down.

Granted these are just minor changes, but these are a few things that will help, I think.
