Highlight Rows on movement without SelectionCHange Event

Hi,

I'm using the code below to highlight rows as one moves within a few sheet in a wkbk. Problem is it's a combo of Conditional Formatting and Selection Change event and it's interferring with basic navigation Cutcopypaste, etc.

I'm wondering if there's a better way that's easy?
