    Attached two sheet for transferring data

    I have attached sheet from where in sheet 1 i have datas and in sheet 2 i have to transfer it but as per condition,how to do it??

    Why do the numbers of Offsets for each Chainage value in Sheet2 vary and why do you choose those particular numbers. i.e. what's the rule?

    whatever the offset in sheet 1 the same value should come in sheet 2 along with elevation,otherwise each and every time i have to copy and paste.in offset column in sheet 2 i will put any offset (must be in sheet 1)and the value of elevation will automatically.

    Are you saying you manually enter the Offsets in column B and you just want a formula for column C?

    yes sir i will enter manually the offset which will be in sheet 1 and the elevation will come automatically.

    See attached,

    Note that the Chainage values need to be consistent. You had 405+700 on sheet 2 but 405700 on sheet 1 but formatted to LOOK like 405+700

    And on sheet2 each column A cell needs a number
