Move or delete cell information based on reference table

Hi,

I've had to move from a data system where I could block data that meets a criteria I set and am looking to replicate this functionality in Excel.

With the example source data (1st table) below I'd like to run a macro that ideally moves Q one cell to the right (the column is otherwise blank) if the below criteria are met (2nd post) under the header references.

If this is possible, I'd really like to understand how to amend the code to add into the 'block list', vary headers etc.
