Trying to match file type using existing code

Hi everyone,

I have the following code:

This code works find. However, whenever the new workbook is created Excel gives me the message that it cannot be saved as a macro free workbook: Execel 4.0 function stored in defined names.

How can I adjust this code so that this message does not pop up every single time?

Any ideas?
