open user form from button

Hi,

This is really embarrassing, how do you access a button on a spreadsheet so it will open a user form please.

I have designed my user form and just want to get it so I can constantly test while developing, but I can't work out how to get it to open with a button on the spreadsheet. The annoying thing is that I made a whole massive application about a year ago, and looking through the code I can't see how the button to open it is actually connected to the user form.

Insert an ActiveX commandbutton on the sheet --> Double click this button while still in design mode --> In the opened code window just write one line of code given below within the button click event --> come out of design mode --> And you will be able to open the userform by clicking the button.

Put Excel in design mode (under Developer tab) then double click on the button. That will take you to the code for that button and will be where the instruction to open the form is.
