Consolidating Access database export (one line per SKU spec type) into Excel-friendly form

I've been busting my brains trying to do this with a web of formulas and I'm not sure if I've really gotten anywhere. Throwin' it up here to see if anyone has an easier solution.

Basically, I receive an export from a product data database, which breaks the specs out very inconveniently. As you can see from the "Start" sheet, there is a line for each classificationAttributeAssignment and a corresponding line for its value.

Ideally, I would like to look at the specs across one line. So, the goal is to convert all of the repetitive information into "EndGoal 1" and the product specs into "EndGoal 2", using the Product Article Number as the key. It's somewhat complicated by the fact that they don't all have the same attributes. In this list, there are 26 different attributes, and each SKU might only use 3-5 of them (but, often more).

Any ideas? I'd love some help!
