Conditional Printing Macro

Hello all. I have ran into a problem I am hoping someone can help me with and have had no luck finding a solution searching the forums.

I have a data sheet where I enter data from a drop down list.

I need a macro that looks at cell B3 on sheet 1, and if it is ="days", it will print sheet 2. If B3="nights", it will print sheet 3. I will be running the macro from sheet 1 if that matters.

This seems like it should be easy enough, but I am truly stumped.
