How to create multiple rows from data in two worksheets

I have data in one worksheet that has a lists such as names and in another lists a lists of products. I would like to create take the list from one worksheet and merge it with the other and create one list but have each name repeat with each products. It would be ideal to use a user form for this activity and put the result in another worksheet.

    Thanks
