Change Code to Append Copied Data

Hi I have this code that appends data from different user spreadsheets. It does work but is really slow and it does'nt grab the data I want.

Could someone help me amend the code so that is copies, pastes and appends the data from the Work Coach TNA tab, range A5:I528 into the Training List tab cell A1

Well, you opening each file in the folder.
I don't know how much faster it can be.

Do you write in opened file?
If not then you don't need to save it before closing.

But as I see you copy FROM that wb. Not into it.
So no need of saving it.
