Page opening off centre

Hi Guys,

I have a workbook that has a userform on it. So as you know this allows different people login and therefore display different sheets depending on whwho logs in. While waiting for the person to log in the workbook opens on the "Splash" screen. Sheet number 16. The problem is for some reason and only some times the the screen does a little flicker on a few pages prior to opening the splash page then it settles on the splash page with cells P2 & R2 selected awaiting for someone to login. Due to this the page is displaying colmun G - Y and half the message I have on the splash screen is haning off the page on column A-G.

I have attached my "this workbook" code and the user "form code" to see if you can see anything that could cause this. But like I said it is not everytime. I'm not sure why only sometimes. Perhaps if there is not a reason for it you might be able to add a codee to land on A1 on opening. I have tried some crude attempts by putting

On this workbook on workbook open, I have also tried it in the user form and also on the splash sheet itself but none seem to work. Any help greatly appreciated.
