Copy/paste macro

I have done a simple copy paste macro from one sheet to another of columns A and B. What I am lookign for is a macro that will only copy and paste new information that is added to sheet 1, not copy the whole of the two columns every time. My current code is

What do you mean by "new information"? To me, your macro would copy new information.

Hi what I mean is, at the moment my macro copies all the rows in the worksheet, I just want it to copy newly completed rows e.g., Rows A - D in the "Index" sheet already have information in them, I open the workbook and complete rows E-G, when I run the Macro I only want rows E-G to copy and paste to the "Pending" worksheet and so on so the next time would be rows H-K for instance. Hope this makes more sense
