Selecting Row in Columns A:D

I'm not certain I understand the question...as I indicated, you don't need to select.

With Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Offset(1, 0).Resize(1, 4)
      .HorizontalAlignment = xlCenter
      .VerticalAlignment = xlBottom
      .MergeCells = True
      .Font.Bold = True
      .Font.Name = "Arial"
      .Font.Size = 11
   End With
