code for last date on contact

I am looking for code that will input the last date of contact based on the customer number in column F sheet Reminders and the customer number in column D in sheet Data, there can be occasions that there are as many as 5 different contacts so I need the code to pick the last occurance and to input the date into column AK respectively.
