Macro to transpose the data from tab to another sheet

Hi,
I'm tried to create makro which will transform(transpose) data from one tab to another. I present that on attachech picture and in the file.
I was trying to create makro which will populate the names from column A,B,C and transpose the data from column F till Q, but I failed.... I think picture describe it better than me

Is it possible tocreate the macro which will go through whole sheet and paste transposed dataa to new one?

If anyone will be able to support me I will really appreciate that. Also if any detailed explanation needed feel free to contact me.
