Attachedment in email

I need some help.

I have a macro that send a attachment to an email being sent from Lotus Notes.
When they receive the file they open up and amend the form and click on a button that will send this back to me (they use Outlook, however it opens up a new email.
What I would like is that it would attach it to the same opened email that was sent to me every time. This way I keep the full history of the email.

The code im using is below, can any help or suggest away around this for me please.
