Find hyperlink in a range.

I have a selection of 20 cells, all of which contain a formula referencing the same cell on another sheet, ONE of which is a hyperlink to a Sheet named from that cell. In VBA, I want to be able to select or isolate that one cell, change the TextToDisplay to the formula value, and change the Hyperlink.SubAddress to that sheet. I know how to do it all EXCEPT isolate that one cell. Help would be appreciated.

I marked the thread solved because I discovered a solution to my problem, but not a solution to how to find a hyperlink in a range. In my case, my single hyperlink was in a colored cell, so this code determined which cell that was:
