Macro to find time by Hour

I need a macro that will look on Sheet 1 and find time by hour and insert the username of the current person logged in into the cell to the right.

The time on the sheet is in hour blocks so 01:00.... 02:00 and so on...

I attached a sample sheet but I'm not to sure where the times are going to be stored but I do know that they are going to be on sheet 1

I guess I should of mentioned that that it needs to find the hour based off current system time

I do not understand what exactly you mean by "find time by Hour" i assume you mean compare the Time in the Sheet with the Current hour and if found write the username of the current user there?
If that is correct here is an example it will search the Whole sheet for Time Values und if it finds a match with the current time write the username to the left of that time.

Exactly what I needed sorry my description was so vague but Im running on little to no sleep right now
