Combining all Sheets to one Master Sheet

I would like to be able to run a macro to combine all sheets onto the Master Sheet. I have some that have as many as 15 sheets and need the macro to be able to combine all sheets in the active workbook.

Can we have it create the new master sheet? and then finish off with to merge?
