VB Code to reorganize ClockINOut

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
Name of Sheet "Source" and "Dest"
I have data in this sheet from row 600 column A:D down as shown. (Diff Date)
I need VB Code to rearrange the data as explain below.

Choose the first data cell A600, enter that date at "Dest" Cell A2.
Enter corresponding employee name in cell B2, 1st ClockIn in cell C2, 2nd clockin in cell D2 and so on.

I have manually done this in sheet "Dest", please have a look.
