finding formatting of partial cell

I am looking for a solution with vba, formulas or both. I don't mind how it's done, I just want to eliminate manual steps.

I am entering and formatting information into excel, which I want to recognise text colour and have it replaced with the appropriate html tags.

As you can see in the picture, it was easy enough to use a formula to convert line breaks, but text colour is a whole other level!

Especially, as I am colouring only PART of the cell.
