range search and comparison

First post… not sure if this is a macro question for this forum or for the formula’s forum.

I’d like to be able to scan through a range (actually rows) and compare it to a second range of rows and create a list of rows that are in the first range but not in the second range.
What’s the best way to do that?

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window (or use the paperclip icon).
