Delete All Rows Below Criteria in Col A / Then Delete Specific Rows in Col E

Hi Everyone,

I need a macro that deletes all rows below a certain criteria in column A. So when the term Technology appears I need every row below this word to be deleted.

Following this I need a macro to delete any rows in Column E that contain the term 0 Days.

I tried the following for the first issue but it doesnt seem to work for me? I am a novice to macro coding, so any help is greatly appreciated.
