Freezing Excel

When I select "New Driver" (Copies the 'Template' sheet, then renames the new sheet.) the excel workbook freezes and takes a while to unfreeze. I suspect it's got an error in the macro somewhere causing this, but I can't seem to find it. I am looking for suggestions on how to fix it so that it's fluid to add new drivers.

Just out of interest, is there much in the hidden rows below the table on the Template sheet?

Try this version.
All I've done is delete all the "blank" rows below the table on the Template sheet.
Sometimes they're not so blank. If you'd applied conditional formatting to entire columns for example it can cause this kind of freezing.

Seems to work OK now.
