Advanced Macro with no duplicates

Hi,

I'm having trouble with a situation. I have to fill some excel data manualy everyday, and I'm trying to automate it. I have to move some values from one sheet to another, but I have to "jump over" duplicates.
I atached the file so you can see.

I need to move from "temp. sheet" (colums N S T) to "tem. Select sheet" for the respective place. I filled manually the frist 6 values so you can understand.
Anyone can help?
