Copy Rows from one sheet to another based on mapping

Hello to everyone.
I need a macro or code to copy rows from one sheet to another using specific map.

Copy Rows form one sheet to another based on mapping.
I have 3 different sheets with the same format and i want to copy date from those 3 to another one, based on a specific date.
So i set up date 04/02/2016 and i want to copy rows to refer to those dates from sheets A,B,C to the new sheet based on specific mapping.

There is at least an easy way just to copy the rows based on the date, without the use of mapping?
